In this fixed term role, you will work closely with team members at our partner and within Cambridge International to establish all processes and system improvements, and carry out all activities related to the delivery of training during the first phase of the implementation of this opportunity including, but not limited to:

  • participant booking

  • onboarding

  • training delivery

  • record keeping and certification

  • trainer recruitment, support and quality assurance.

    In addition, over the duration of the 12 month contract, you will also produce a plan outlining the operational framework that will be required to deliver training for schools at scale in future phases of the establishment of the opportunity including identifying resourcing requirements, system development and other activities required.

    We would welcome candidates who love to be highly organised, with a history of developing and implementing administrative processes and procedures.

Candidate Description

We are looking for an experience and highly motivated individual to set up and carry out all activities related to the training of the personnel within our schools to prepare them to offer this opportunity to their learners., To be a success in this role, you will need to demonstrate your experience managing successful training (preferably online), your ability to develop and establish processes and your experience of customer service management.
