Morgan Hunt are delighted to be working with an International Women's Health/Rights NGO who are looking for a Digital Engagement Advisor to join their friendly, collaborative London based team.

The Digital Engagement Advisor will be working a hybrid model with 1-2 days a week in their central London office.

The ideal candidate is a creative and innovative self-starter who is an expert with digital content, website management and social media. You will also have experience in or a passion for developing digital health solutions. This role would suit someone with digital content, digital marketing or digital health experience.

The key responsibilities of the Digital Engagement Advisor:

  • Manage, develop and optimise new and existing content for the organisations websites, contact centres and social media. Ensuring content is updated in line with SEO recommendations.

  • Manage and build relationships with external content providers and agencies.

  • Coach teams within the organisation to effectively use digital metrics to improve their performance, whilst using those tools to monitor and improve digital engagement.

  • Work with various teams to oversee and advice on improvements and updates to digital health products/tools (web and app versions).

Candidate Description

  • Proven experience generating engaging consumer-facing content across a range of digital channels and media.

  • Strong understanding of digital channel landscape including knowledge of website content development, SEO and Google Analytics

  • Demonstrated experience working with and managing agencies and stakeholders.

  • Desirable experience working in projects leveraging Microsoft Apps, ideally Power Platform.
