As the Development Content Designer for Virgin Media O2, it'll be your job to curate and create high quality blended/digital learning experiences for our people that aligns to the People Development Strategy we have in place., If we feel like a place where you can belong, we'd love to learn more about you. Candidate Description

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience.

  • Demonstrable solid learning and development background with excellent knowledge of learning methodologies and adult learning theories.

  • Significant Instructional design experience in the creation of both online and blended Learning solutions

  • Knowledge of L&D, performance, and talent content providers and tools, ability to engage best-in-class providers and interact effectively with outside vendors

  • Adept at measuring learning, performance, and content effectiveness and identifying opportunities to continually improve programs

  • Project Management life-cycle experience/ awareness and excellent planning and organizing skills

  • Experience of stakeholder management at both Leadership/Management levels,

  • Qualifications in instructional/experience design, particularly for digital delivery or a related area and Degree educated or equivalent

  • Excellent content design and eye for detail- significant experience reviewing alpha/beta/gold internal and external builds

  • Expertise in instructional design, learning content development, or behavioural change practices

  • Passionate about learning, performance trends, technologies, and innovations and how these can enable organisational and individual performance

  • Evidence of having delivered projects and strategies at pace (weeks not months)

  • Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
