We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join the Demand Planning team on a full-time basis. The role will be to support the Demand Planning Manager and the Materials Planning Analyst with various administration tasks, being a key point of contact for our various stakeholders both internal and external., · Create and publish feedback surveys for each product launch and delist in Microsoft Forms · Maintain Supply Chain Launch Information SharePoint site with weekly updates and news posts · Update Activity Trackers as new launches and delists are approved · Collate visual standards documentation for Greggs Made Products · Periodically extract data from SAP using standard reports · Manage a central inbox to field queries on demand forecast volumes · Run weekly reports on Supplier performance · Monitor Late and Failed delivery submissions · Carry out other general administration tasks as required

Candidate Description

You'll fit right in at Greggs as a Demand Planning Administrator if:

You have good IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Microsoft 365 tools

· A keen eye for detail

· Time management and organisational skills

· Numerical and analytical skills

· An ability to use initiative with effective team working skills and experience of working collaboratively in a team environment

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Ability to work under pressure, and to manage deadlines effectively
