Day to day your role will involve responding to a high volume of incoming telephone and email enquiries, managing customer orders and dealing with escalated complaints, should they arise. In addition, supporting the Head of Customer Service in day-to-day tasks and reporting.

Candidate Description

Do you have experience supervising a small team? Have you got exceptional customer service skills? Can you work well in a fast-paced environment? Yes, then we would like to hear from you!

My client based in Princes Risborough, is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader who can step up to Team Leader in the absence of the Manager. This post would suit someone who has previous customer service experience along with exposure to supervising and motivating a small team.
