Adecco Bournemouth are assisting a market leading Poole based manufacturing company with their search for a French speaking customer service advisor to join their fun team., As a customer service advisor, you will be a key member of the team with a range of duties that will include:

  • Answering the phone and assisting with enquiries

  • Pro-actively increase sales through exceptional customer service

  • Completing various admin jobs on a daily basis

  • Ability to work on Microsoft systems and CRM experience

  • Assisting with general tasks as asked by your supervisor

  • Speaking between English and French

Candidate Description

The Successful Candidate will be skilled with in customer service, administrative experience and able to work to deadlines. You should be enthusiastic and a proactive team player, due to the role you must be able to speak fluent English and French.
