Job Description

We require a Customer Service executive to join this successful and expanding team, the main duties of the role will be to contact existing customers to inform them of new products and services on offer. This will involve gaining information to better understand a customer's needs, provide quotations and send any samples requested. All information will require to be meticulously logged onto the CRM system.

Candidate Description

You will have the following skills, experiences and attributes…

  • Having a friendly and engaging personality.

  • Comfortable working with range of different people.

  • Should have a confident manner.

  • Excellent Telephone Manner.

  • Able to work as part of a sales team.

  • Be able to demonstrate excellent Customer Service

    It would be also advantageous to have a working knowledge of SAP ERP and CRM.
