The purpose of this role is to assist existing customers with their orders and to build strong trading relationships all while completing general administration tasks.

Candidate Description

Customer Service experience essential for this role but this does not need to be from a previous office role, instead this experience could have come from hospitality or retail, this is because you will be dealing with people everyday, if you have telesales experience this would be a benefit purely because you will need to feel comfortable via phone, so confidence to make outbound calls is essential, although none of these calls will be cold calling, instead existing clients or customers who have shown an interest therefore expecting your call.

You will need the ability to work both individually and as part of a team with good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
