Job Description

  • To handling incoming customers orders and ensure orders are processed onto the bespoke software system

  • To handle communications with suppliers/customers via telephone and email

  • Ensuring all paperwork is dealt with in a timely manner.

  • Assisting with audits and raising concerns with other departments

Candidate Description

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office and great attention to detail

  • A confident and effective communicator both written and verbal.

  • Flexible approach, able to work as part of a team and willing to help other departments when needed.

  • Great customer service skills
