Job Description
To handling incoming customers orders and ensure orders are processed onto the bespoke software system
To handle communications with suppliers/customers via telephone and email
Ensuring all paperwork is dealt with in a timely manner.
Assisting with audits and raising concerns with other departments
Candidate Description
Good knowledge of Microsoft office and great attention to detail
A confident and effective communicator both written and verbal.
Flexible approach, able to work as part of a team and willing to help other departments when needed.
Great customer service skills
