Candidate Description
*Customer Service Administrators will be working within the Customer Services department - but with training, may be asked to work within other areas of the business as the needs of the business demands. Please note training will be given in all aspects of the role and duties expected of this position to ensure the tools to perform in this role competently are given.
Accomplished in delivering first class communication at all levels
Understanding of being a centre of excellence in customer service
Ability to portray a professional image at all times both internally and externally
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages to include Outlook, Word and Excel. programmes.
Meticulous work ethic with strong attention to details and accuracy
You will provide a friendly welcome providing costing and content details for exams to prospect clients
