Our client based in Caerphilly is global industry leader in Water, Hygiene, and infection prevention solutions.

They are looking to increase their customer service team with local talent. You do not need experience for this role, just the relevant transferable skills and a good work ethic.

This role will come with one-month training (fully paid) so that you are set up and ready to go.

    The role

  • To be the first point of contact for all initial queries

  • Redirecting calls where necessary and answering questions on internal and external issues

  • Proactively contacting customers to obtain purchase order numbers and pass them on to the relevant department

  • General customer service
