We are currently recruiting for an Customer service advisor to work with our clients in Crayford.

You will be working as part of the team to provide excellent customer service throughout all stages of customer interaction i.e. from customer enquiry through to delivery.

Duties are but not limited to;

  • Take responsibility for all customer sales orders and ensure they are processed and delivered in line with customer requirements on a daily basis.

  • Work closely with logistics in order to meet delivery deadlines

  • Informing customers in a timely period if their orders cannot be fulfilled.

  • Effectively owning the order from start to finish.

  • Develop strong customer relationships through a proactive approach in order to develop sales opportunities and assist with the promotion of the company brands.

  • Ensure accuracy, by liaising with Sales Representatives on all documents to be sent to customers.

  • Answer all customer enquiries which come into the office ensuring the enquiry is forwarded onto theappropriate personnel using SalesForce CRM
