As a Customer Service Advisor, you will deliver a friendly service to business customers. In this varied role, you will handle a wide range of telephone queries covering insurance claims & account enquiries. You will provide advice and information on the services provided, coordinate & schedule work for Engineers and liaise with third-party providers & suppliers., You will work on a rota system between the hours of 6am - 9pm.
