We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support an established team to ensure the smooth running of the department as well as providing an outstanding service to your customers.

Possessing a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn and strong organisational skills you will undertake the following tasks:

  • General office administration such as dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying, filing and scanning

  • Inputting of data onto the system such as updating client details and renewals of direct debits.

  • Ensure all administration and recording is prompt and accurate - maintaining computer and manual records and inputting data

  • Dealing with card payments

  • Work closely with other team members to ensure any client receives a prompt and efficient response

  • Issuing client documents

  • Deal with phone and email queries including automated renewals and chasers, such as Barcode Scanning, Awaiting Payments and Queries

  • To provide excellent customer service to all clients.
