This is an exciting customer service administration role where you will work closely with customers and internal teams. Based in their bright and colourful open plan office, you will join the friendly and welcoming team.,

  • Managing customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Delivering a high level of customer service and excellence

  • Process and manage orders and liaise with correct teams

  • Stock checking

  • Updating and monitoring order statues

  • Chasing other teams for documents.

    This position will suit you if you have previous and excellent customer service skills, can work in a fast-paced office and are able to organise your own workload.
