In this position, you will provide an excellent level of customer service whilst assisting all customers who either call in or send an email query with an administrative service. This is a process driven opportunity, in which organisation and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Building strong and effective team relationships

  • Responsibility for the administration of customer accounts

  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone or via email

  • Demonstrating a strong work ethic and adaptability to achieve daily tasks.

  • Ensuring company policy and procedures are always adhered to.

  • Ensuring all daily targets set are met.
