We will be working with them on their vacancy for a Customer Service Administrator in Brislington, who will work to support the branch.
With the business booming it is a great time to join the company and they will provide full training and support throughout. The right candidate would be a team player who is always willing to help out and loves to problem solve.
Interacting with customers on the phone, in person and via email
Using the company computer systems to check stock, check progress on orders, look at customer accounts and deal with general enquiries
Taking calls from existing and new customers to provide a helpful, professional services
Undertaking tele-sales activities, as requested by Branch Manager
Checking of goods received and preparation of any paperwork for goods for dispatch in accordance with company procedures
Ensuring stock is kept tidy and stored in correct place
General administration e.g. filling, arranging meetings
