As a Customer Order Administrator you will be the voice of the company and liaising with Prestigious aerospace and automotive clients to ensure the company meet their requirements.

As a Customer Order Administrator you will need to:

  • Liaise with customers and Managing customer accounts

  • Facilitate customer orders and keeping customers informed of the progress of their products including any issues that arise

  • Arrange purchase orders, quotations, proformas, job cards, invoices, delivery notes, certificate of conformities and any additional paperwork for customers, account holders, suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Answer the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries, providing assistance where possible or transferring them to the relevant personnel to answer any questions.

  • Use Dataplate X internal database goods management system to book parts on and raise job cards as well as track parts' progress.
