As a Customer Financial Services Supervisor, you will support the Customer Financial Services Manager by supervising a team of Customer Financial Services Representatives. You will help to maintain and improve operational efficiency, cost and service levels.,

  • Ensure employees are treated consistently and fairly and are motivated.

  • Initiate and perform actions needed to ensure that service levels are achieved

  • Ensure that that team correctly understand goals and service objectives.

  • Ensure that safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices are adhered to during the shift.

Candidate Description

  • Experience in managing a team in a busy processing environment is desirable.

  • Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail.

  • Be energetic and enthusiastic.

  • Have a strong customer focus.

  • Have good communication skills.

  • Self Motivated

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Highly organised

  • Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels
