Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
Answering customer calls into our contact centre

Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers
Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience, In a full-time Branch based role, you'll be working 35 hours across Monday to Saturday across the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm.
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs

Openness to a broad range of activities even if outside of standard expectations
Ability to grow, adapt and change accommodating business needs and priorities, We also want to hear from people that want to work part-time hours. You would need to work a minimum of 21hrs per week, please notify us during the application process what hours you can work e.g., school hours, weekends and a couple of days a week and we will try a find a role for you!
