Duties: Providing exceptional and efficient customer service to candidates currently working for the client's business. Responding to enquiries via telephone and email regarding anything the associate may require help with during their assignment, including dealing with pay and payroll queries and tasks, absence management, assignment queries, holiday requests, process of P45s and managing/maintaining this on the CRM database system with us of data entry and attention to detail.

Candidate Description

Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate resilience, fantastic communication skills, ability to work using their own initiative, excellent attention to detail and great data entry skills.,

  • Excellent communication skills

  • IT literate, including MS Word and Outlook

  • Friendly and positive attitude

  • Able to work well within a team

  • Self motivated

  • Must be reliable and flexible

  • Ability to work towards and meet deadlines
