Customer Advisor

You will need first class customer service skills, be comfortable with different computer systems and enjoy a fast-paced environment, all whilst working as part of a great team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Credit Card customers. We are looking for individuals who have exceptional customer service skills and experience. It is vital you can problem solve when our customers are facing challenges across a variety of banking queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver successful customer and business outcomes through investigating queries, supporting business processes, policies and procedures and understanding customer and business needs.

- Respond to queries from customers and stakeholders promptly and within agreed timescales

- Deliver successful customer and business outcomes by processing and authorising all transactions to defined key performance indicators and service level agreements, and by accurately collecting the required information from customers and business

- Actively participate in initiatives to improve customer service, processes and procedures


Full training will be provided over a 7 week period, ensuring you are ready to hit the ground running, with ongoing coaching and development to ensure you are reaching your potential.

Initially a 12-month contract with the opportunity to become a permanent team member.

Working hours

The shifts will vary from 7am - 9pm Monday - Sunday on a rotation, so full flexibility is required.

Candidates must be able to pass a credit check, provide proof of address and proof of employment for the past 5 years
