AMS are currently recruiting for Corporate Customer Service Advisors to work for our financial services client based in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Joining the Corporate Customer Service Team within one of Britain's biggest banks, you will use your customer service skills to the full, demonstrating you have the can-do approach and commitment to their customers whilst understanding their business requirements. You will be accountable for customer/stakeholder queries delivering the most appropriate and effective solution, in line with standard process guidelines and within agreed timelines. You will establish good working relationships with other units within and outside customer service including Relationship Managers and key operational stakeholders working with a specific customer sector. Comply with policies, deliver against all relevant statutory, regulatory, supervisory, and legal obligations.

This is a 35 hour per week temporary ongoing contract with shift pattern rotational between Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. The pay rate for this role is £12.56 per hour.

All training will be conducted on site, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for 6/7 weeks. Once fully trained you will work on hybrid model in line with business requirements. Full time 35 hours per week.

This is an exciting customer service challenge, for which you'll receive some of the best training around, including an induction programme plus extensive ongoing support. As an experienced customer service professional, you should be able to think on your feet whilst following agreed procedures, and you will bring the confidence to take clear and considered decisions - getting it right first time, every time.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have experience in either over the phone or face to face customer service.
* Be PC literate with good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
* Have a strong sense of accountability.
* Have a passion for delivering first class customer experience.
