Job Description

  • Dedicated customer orientated role ensuring any internal communication is routed through you

  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail meeting KPI measures

  • Resolve escalated enquires to ensure a resolution can be achieved in an orderly timescale

  • Keeping customers informed of order delays and garment faults channelled through Supply Chain team

  • Ensure customer data is accurate and up to date at all times

  • Identify and continuously monitor dormant and 'dead stocks' and liaise with Area Sales Manager on how to handle this

  • Continuously build and maintain internal and external customer relationships

  • Ensure customer samples and contracts are sent out correctly and internal procedures are followed on receipt of the signed contract

  • To create and maintain our customer specific product range information on the web page and IT platforms

  • Attend regular meetings with the Area Sales Manager to understand and deliver the needs of your customer account base

  • Willingness to interact with customers at every opportunity

  • Enthusiastic with a ''Can Do'' attitude

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines (due to being a seasonal business)

  • Strong organisation skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Well organised with excellent time management skills

  • Microsoft word and excel knowledge
