Morgan Hunt are working with an outstanding colleges who are seeking an Curriculum Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. You will be the first point of contact and will provide various administration duties to support the operations of the campus.

Main Duties:

As a Curriculum Administrator you will be responsible for the below:

  • Creating as well as maintaining spreadsheets, documents and PowerPoints.

  • Managing student absences, generating attendance reports and reviewing information.

  • Welcoming visitors, liaising with parents and students regarding queries.

  • Sending emails, letters as well as communicating via telephone with students, teachers and external stakeholders.

  • Ordering materials, maintaining stock supplies, taking minutes, raising purchase orders and assisting with budgets.

  • Keeping the database updated by photocopying, scanning and filing documents.

Candidate Description

As a Curriculum Administrator you must have the below:

  • Must have Administrator experience.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Can do attitude and confident when using initiative.

  • Ability to be proactive in a fast paced environment.

  • Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft.
