Job Description
The Structured & Project Finance Credit Partner Team is responsible for reviewing and approving credit applications in respect of specialist customers principally on a secured basis, either within individual delegated authority or through, providing recommendations to higher DA holders / credit committees.
The difference you'll make
Providing detailed "expert" advice and recommendations regarding new lending propositions and ongoing monitoring of deals in the Project and Infrastructure Finance sectors.
Offering support and advice in the formulation of new sector lending policies or for reviews of existing policies
Acting as a contact for all Specialist Risk related matters pertaining to the relevant sectors/portfolios
Developing and maintaining good working relationships with key stakeholders across Risk and Sales (Corporate & Commercial Bank)
Delivering an admissions system for growth and driving continuous improvement of functionality & usability, benefitting both Risk and Front Office
Candidate Description
A good knowledge of the Project Finance sector, the continually developing renewables markets, and other typical corporate banking products along with an understanding of derivatives and other specialist products offered by the bank.
Strong PC skills particularly the use of including use of Excel models and PowerPoint
It would also be nice for you to have
Experience of working in a credit risk function, preparing, and presenting papers to committees and utilising a personal DA.
Relationship management experience gained in a mainstream commercial bank.

This role can be based in Milton Keynes, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh with flexibility working from home
