Communicating with customers to chase late payments

 Allocation of funds and updating customer accounts

 Chasing aged items

 Administration of customer accounts

 Must have experience of V-Lookups and Pivot Tables

 Reconciliation of accounts 

Candidate Description

Previous Credit Control experience desirable but not essential

 Strong communication skills

 An interest in numbers and dealing with customer queries

 A candidate that enjoys speaking with customers

 Strong excel skills essential - Pivot Tables / V lookups and Customer Sorts
