The ideal candidate will have experience in a credit control, have a high level of attention to detail. Someone who has worked under pressure and to tight deadlines and also have experience dealing with persistent late payers. Have excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
The role involves contacting customers by telephone ensuring that accounts are correct and passed for payement. Maintain accurate credit control notes using SAGE, liaise with the accounts team, Sending out chasing letters and prepare debtor reports. Creating new accounts. Processing large amount of invoices. Credit Control is a key part to the role, and the succesful candidate must be able to demonostarte experience in this area.
