Job Description
Credit Control Administrator, 6 Month FTC, London Liverpool Street, £25,000 pro rata, Morgan Hunt are recruiting for a Credit Control Administrator to join their team on a 6 month, fixed-term basis, you will be reporting directly into the Credit Control Manager., Some of your duties and responsibilities as Credit Control Administrator will include:
Reconciling payments and bank statements
Generating copy Invoices for clients & credit controllers
Setting up new accounts
Reviewing self-bills received from clients and matching to internal invoices
Assist with cash allocation
Complete credit checks for new businesses we're looking to trade with and discussing results with Manager
Post client payments to the credit control system
Chasing clients for missing remittances with the aim for them to be sent to our remittance email address in future
Sending ad hoc and fortnightly Statements
Sending ad hoc Credit Chasing letters
Monitoring and distributing daily the Credit Control and Purchase order email in-box
Editing invoices to include purchase order numbers and forwarding them onto client contacts
Updating systems with Purchase order/ BRN numbers received
Candidate Description
Strong Excel knowledge - Vlookup, pivot tables and other Microsoft packages
Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to build a good working relationship with external and internal stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills
Able to work well as part of a team as well as using your own initiative and working independelty
Ability to work autonomously and prioritise, with light guidance.
Credit Control background within a recruitment agency setting role would be beneficial
