Credit Control Administrator, 6 Month FTC, London Liverpool Street, £25,000 pro rata, Morgan Hunt are recruiting for a Credit Control Administrator to join their team on a 6 month, fixed-term basis, you will be reporting directly into the Credit Control Manager., Some of your duties and responsibilities as Credit Control Administrator will include:

  • Reconciling payments and bank statements

  • Generating copy Invoices for clients & credit controllers

  • Setting up new accounts

  • Reviewing self-bills received from clients and matching to internal invoices

  • Assist with cash allocation

  • Complete credit checks for new businesses we're looking to trade with and discussing results with Manager

  • Post client payments to the credit control system

  • Chasing clients for missing remittances with the aim for them to be sent to our remittance email address in future

  • Sending ad hoc and fortnightly Statements

  • Sending ad hoc Credit Chasing letters

  • Monitoring and distributing daily the Credit Control and Purchase order email in-box

  • Editing invoices to include purchase order numbers and forwarding them onto client contacts

  • Updating systems with Purchase order/ BRN numbers received

Candidate Description

  • Strong Excel knowledge - Vlookup, pivot tables and other Microsoft packages

  • Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to build a good working relationship with external and internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Able to work well as part of a team as well as using your own initiative and working independelty

  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise, with light guidance.

  • Credit Control background within a recruitment agency setting role would be beneficial
