You will be responsible for the design and craft of conversational interactions, overseeing the build of their flow and optimising interactions using artificial intelligence, machine learning and human-assisted technologies.,
Discover and analyse customer and users requirements perspective - uncovering known and latent needs.
Use human-centric design approaches to uncover patterns, opportunities, and visualize possibilities.
Balance user/customer need with technical and financial feasibility
Create effective conversational journey designs; sketching high-level designs to agreeing exact words and taxonomies.
Participate in the implementation of your design, working with the conversational builders to ensure your design is implemented as intended.
Analyse the performance of conversational interfaces in day-to-day use via performance metrics and user experience measures and recommend specific changes to improve performance and user satisfaction based on the results.
Run playbacks to wider stakeholders to demonstrate the productivity and benefit of the VA teams
Exceptional native level written and spoken UK English - allowing to interpret subtlety in language to build high ranking taxonomies.
Ability to articulate a conversational flow into documentation which can be translated into a build
Support peer testing of conversation flows and productionised flows to ensure quality assurance
A minimum 3 years experience designing voice or text driven conversational user interfaces.
Your spelling is excellent as are your grammatical skills.
Experience in conducting usability tests to improve/optimise user interfaces and user experience.
UX experience preferable

Comfortable working both independently and as a distributed team
