The Sourcing Operations function is key in Aquanima's structure as it is the core of the business in our Company. Well drafted and robust contracts are created as part of our sourcing activity. We are looking for the right individual to help us lead and coordinate the correct fulfilment and execution of all the contracts we generate as a function.

As a Contracts Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will involve working closely with the Procurement analysts to provide guidance on a variety of contract-related matters. In coordination with Santander's Legal and Organisation & Cost Departments; the Contracts Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the review, negotiation, and execution of all third-party contracts negotiated by Aquanima.

The difference you'll make.

  • Assisting buyers to Review contracts drafted for the purpose of procurement negotiations, ensure these are compliant with current policies and procedures and escalate issues as necessary

  • Coordinating and facilitating the contract's review by the stakeholders., obtaining all necessary approvals for execution.

  • Executing the signature process on the contract platform.

  • Providing oversight of the contract process for sourcing team members. Assist the sourcing team with contract related queries and handle all administrative aspects of contract processing

  • Managing contract platform on behalf of Aquanima. Update, maintain, and always ensure the accuracy of the internal contract information database

Candidate Description

  • Experience in a related field

  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and procurement systems (i.e. Ariba-SAP)

    It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Understanding of commercial law and/or related qualifications are desirable

  • Ability to work well in a high volume, fast-paced environment

  • Solid organisational skills to manage multiple and competing priorities while achieving results
