Join one of England's leading providers of care and support in the exciting role of Contract Manager. Whilst working for a value-led, diverse organisation, you'll lead a team supporting customers with mental health needs within supported accommodation.

About the role

As a Contract Manager, you will provide support to people living with complex Mental Health Conditions. You will manage a group of supported living services and floating support for people living within their own homes.

You'll have excellent leadership development whilst managing front-line staff. You will have the opportunity to build relationships across the organisation, including with commissioners and purchasing managers.

Candidate Description

  • Ability to lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent services

  • Is fundamentally calm and resilient, does not let emotion adversely affect them or obscure their judgement

  • Thrives on change and enjoys dynamic diverse environments

  • Is respectful, articulate and sensitive in style of communication

  • Ability to cope positively with challenging and diverse behaviour

  • Enjoys social interaction and the company of others, joins in local activities to encourage customer


  • Experience of managing contracts and resources and delivering to budget and performance targets

  • Experience of delivering to housing management performance targets

  • Experience of effectively managing and developing staff to ensure delivery of services performance targets within contract
