About the role
As a Contract Manager, you will provide support to people living with complex Mental Health Conditions. You will manage a group of supported living services and floating support for people living within their own homes.
You'll have excellent leadership development whilst managing front-line staff. You will have the opportunity to build relationships across the organisation, including with commissioners and purchasing managers.
Candidate Description
Ability to lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent services

Essential
Experience of managing contracts and resources and delivering to budget and performance targets
Experience of delivering to housing management performance targets
Experience of effectively managing and developing staff to ensure delivery of services performance targets within contract
