This position is as part of the Contract Lifecycle Risk Management (CLRM) team which supports all verticals and business units across the organization. The team is focused on improving financial and operational performance and addressing risk by enabling process improvements at each stage of the contract lifecycle (contract creation, execution, and analysis).

This role is working within the CLRM team, acting as a key contributor in the execution of the internal communications and engagement strategy. The role involves supporting the creation and delivery of the CLRM communication strategy across the global business either via direct emails or CLRM sites hosted on Cognizant's intranet: Be.Cognizant. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic professional, looking to work on elements of a key business-wide global initiative and gain exposure to highly complex and business-critical initiatives executed by the CLRM team.

This role will primarily involve working under the guidance of the various CLRM team leads to manage the communications and Be.Cognizant sites for the CLRM function specifically include the following:

  • Work with CLRM stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop internal email communications to help build CLRM visibility and promote adoption of platforms, processes and documentation with a focus on driving traffic to Be.Cognizant sites.

  • Write and review content across multiple channels that is engaging, concise and easy to understand.

  • Design, build and manage CLRM Be.Cognizant sites:

  • Use Be.Cognizant Content Management System (CMS) to manage existing and build new CLRM sites

  • Manage SOW Support Center site, ensuring it is kept up to date

  • Publish new and updated documents on regular basis

  • Work with CLRM team leads to ensure respective sites are updated as required

  • Use basic coding to customize sites outside of default CMS options

  • Develop custom graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

  • Create detailed mock-ups of new sites for CLRM leadership approval

  • Track usage of intranet sites and documents

  • Ensure all Be.Cognizant sites, design assets and collateral align with current Cognizant brand guidelines

  • Support uptake and utilization of Cognizant brand resources by CLRM team

  • Create distribution lists to ensure email communications reach target audience

  • Write monthly bulletin to be included in compliance mailers sent by CLRM Vertical Leads

  • Write Contracting Tips based on inputs from CLRM team

  • Lead on organizational change management for new initiatives

  • Manage communications calendar

  • Assist in the creation of CLRM video training modules

  • Review, refine and enhance business-facing PowerPoint presentations including training decks and QBRs

  • Work with members of the CLRM on implementation and utilization of the intranet content in day-to-day contract commercial operations.

  • Contribute to training and presentations conducted by members of the CLRM team and the wider business, with a particular focus on SOW Support Center content as appropriate.

  • Support and gain exposure to other related key initiatives conducted by members of the Strategic Projects team, including contract governance, risk scoring, SOW reviews, deal-shaping and more.

    This is a development role and as such you are not expected to have all of the skills on "day one" but the CLRM team members will work and support you to develop the skills necessary to succeed. As such, we are looking for someone with a desire to learn new things and the drive to try new ways of doing things to make a positive impact for the business. In addition, you need to be comfortable talking to people and be able to build relationships with a geographically dispersed team and with stakeholders in other functions.

  • Good years of communications or operational experience, or equivalent transferrable experiences
