Single point of contact for LLC for any team
Performing BAU standard tasks
Troubleshooting, triaging issues with limited support - it can be HMLR internal tools
Supporting evening deployments, making them successful in case of issues by troubleshooting and fixing
Attending standups, Adhoc meetings - representing LLC as single point of contact
Supporting incidents and other team's technical issues, at times coordinating with other teams
Presenting in internal events, retrospectives
Any improvements/automation scope - this is low at the moment
AWS Cloud - good knowledge of basic services like EC2, RDS, S3 etc.
Kuberenetes/Openshift knowledge - this is most important skill in HMLR LLC role
Other important tools they use, Jenkins, Helm, Terraform - so fair level understanding of DevOps tools needed
Strong communication skills - this is most important skill to represent LLC in multiple meetings/standups/events
Experience in DevOps/Scrum project skills - mandatory
Collaboration tools - Jira (good to have)
