As a Client Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Client Team, who engage with external clients and internal stakeholders supporting the growth of the service we offer in over 600 Asda stores.
You will be responsible for:
Desk Account Management
Liaising with key stakeholders in all areas of the Asda toyou business
Offer support to achieve the Client Team objectives
Raising PO's, monitoring invoices, remittance and payment schedules
General administration duties including booking the Asda toyou meeting rooms and refreshment bookings.
You will be able to work in a fast paced environment and be adaptable to change as well as being organised. You will need to have the ability to challenge and influence at all levels, developing a strong network around you by engaging stakeholders and building relationships internally and externally. You will also need to be a strong communicator and have excellent analytical skills. You must be confident in using Excel, Power Point and Outlook with a knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ideally, you'll have some wider knowledge of ecommerce and warehouse / transport operations.
