Adecco are looking for an experienced and dynamic Client Account Manager who has experience managing business accounts and is ready for a challenge. It is key that the candidate has experience in change management as this is an important part of the role. This could be a great opportunity for someone who is currently working as an Account Manager and wants to step away from sales and enjoys the service side of account management. The work environment can be demanding due to the nature of the business, but the team are supportive and friendly, working mostly from the office which is based in Bradley Stoke. There is the flexibility for a hybrid work pattern. They are looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure and be able to provide excellent customer service to the key accounts. Responsibilities

  • Managing client base across multi-channel solutions and relationship management

  • Understand and respond to contractual SLA commitments from clients and ensure they are delivered

  • Prepare for and lead monthly client review meetings

  • Monitor and manage the client specific change management process

  • Work closely with design, development and production

  • Keep client operations and client specific documents up to date

  • Attend daily production meetings and meetings with other Client Account Managers
