The claims analyst has responsibility to ensure delivery claims and uplifts are managed in the most efficient manner through to resolution. Ensure timely receipt and processing of all delivery discrepancies to support a reduction of claims and risk money for AR., Ownership for ensuring any stock refused by Customers which requires collection is actioned end to end within the SLA
Ensure any Customer queries originating from the Accounts Receivable Team are dealt with in a speedy and accurate manner.
Complete and share weekly / monthly scorecards to show Service Level performance, agree and implement actions plans for further improvements in the delivery discrepancy areas
Link into connects with Order Management, Weekly DDS Meetings and Monthly Accounts Receivable Meeting to share key results and action plans in order to drive improvements in the delivery discrepancy area.
Contribute and identify any areas of improvement and work relevant plans with results owner.
Contribute to building overall capability of the team, ensuring team members have relevant training & skills.
Automation, Simplification/Productivity Improvements for Claims
Engaged as a key contributor in productivity/simplification projects for claims, Customers and supply chain changes.
Continuously improve core processes and cycle tasks.
Have thorough understanding of what robotic processes are doing. Execute robotic manual tasks, monitor robotic processes and provide input into robotics projects to ensure solutions meet business needs and support deployment/go live.
Be proficient in digital tools with ability to constantly learn new technologic solutions.
Develop complete personal mastery of the claims role, all business transactions and systems that will contribute to delivering business results and ensure recognition by key Customers as an expert in their field.
Continually review and update knowledge through cross coverage and taking ownership for core processes within the Claims team.
Provide support and coverage across the team during holiday periods.
Develop mastery of another role within CSO / TO to enable cross functional cover. Own capability in this are to ensure continuous renewal of skills.
High degree of accuracy in the execution of claims processes and credit note creation and delivering against all stewardship requirements.
The capability to process vast amounts of data and deliver a clear and concise outcome or proposal/ recommendation
Ability to respond and work urgent issues such as product recalls
Excellent organisational skills to enable effective management of multiple priorities across open claims
Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the business
Process or system ownership with a high degree accountability and adherence to business standards., o Ability to analyse information and execute with accuracy across all key claims processes. o Ability to act with a sense of urgency, work under pressure, good priority setting skills. o Performs proactively to ensure business needs are met and minimal impact to internal measures. o Recognised as proficient in all Order, Shipping Billing systems. They will be using a variety of systems e.g. SAP (F6P), Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Automations / Robotics and regional share point solutions. They will also be working with information flowing from the robotic processes and a continuous stream of new technology interfaces. o Standard procedures are adhered to in line with audit requirements. o Is autonomous and requires minimal supervision, provides regular updates on progress and review of results to the business. o Ability to ensure that all action plans are updated and results focused to ensure that targets are met, will be accountable for own results and have a high degree of personal accuracy (E.g. Discrepancy turnaround time). o Ability to prioritise, consistently handle work accurately and quickly, responding to changes in volume of work. Maintain working relationships both with internal and external personnel, effective communication, both written and verbal. A good self-motivated team player working effectively within a small team ensuring all daily / weekly / monthly core tasks are executed with excellence. Demonstrate a high degree of initiative, be able to recognise developing problems and suggest solutions to overcome and analyse information and manage queries through to resolution
