As Chat Product Owner you will be responsible for managing and prioritising the work for their Agile squad to build and put live secure dialogues, as well as continually refining the chatbot, aligned to the overall Chat strategy of the bank.
You will align and articulate the product vision that can be continuously delivered in an Agile fashion that adds value to Santander, its customers and users. Furthermore, you'll be aligning their vision with the needs of stakeholders and the business, managing the needs of stakeholders, providing leadership and clarity when there are conflicting views, needs or priorities.
You will contribute to the on-going digital transformation of Santander as an advocate of Lean Agile delivery as well as supporting any new AI projects within the bank, offering expertise and guidance to help the set up.

Working with stakeholders, managers and with a multi-disciplinary team to interpret the strategic objectives of Santander and their business area to create, own and advocate for a clear vision for their product.
Ensuring the product meets the needs of customers and internal colleagues who need to use the software daily as part of their role to either chat to customers or update content and train the bot.
Contributing to the wider advocacy for change and improvement across people, process, and technology as they relate to our continuing digital and agile transformation.
Managing the relationship with key internal colleagues who work with chat the Content Generation Team, who create the content to load into the bot and train the bot front line operations.
Ensuring that delivery is carried out in a lean and agile fashion, using the principles of build-measure-learn, prioritising and reprioritising work for their team. They will have a detailed understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban and related agile approaches.
Strong level of experience using Agile
Demonstrable ability to strategize the journey for a product in a way that has a measurable impact on Santander's objectives
