Job Description
As the CDD Complex Manager you will be reporting to the CDD Operational Oversight Senior Manager within the Financial Crime Centre of Excellence (FC CoE). The role holder will work alongside colleagues and teams across CDD and the FC CoE.
This role is a pan-CDD capability role, which means you will work with stakeholders across the capability and CoE to deliver action plans designed to address Skilled Person Findings.

Developing a detailed understanding of the specified 'problem statements' as they impact CDD
Developing a holistic view of the CoE wide impact, ensuring consideration is given to end to end processes and deliverables
Understanding the end-to-end process flow of EDRs across CDD operations, including hand offs with other CoE Teams to identify appropriate MI reporting requirements
Understanding risk appetite and KRI reporting against CDD metrics (HR & PEPs, EDRs & PRs) across CDD operations
Ensuring action plans developed which are appropriate and achievable in the specified timeframes
Developing action plans to the required level of detail in line with programme governance and expectations
What you'll bring.
Experience within a CDD operations or project team
Financial Crime Compliance domain knowledge across AML, Sanctions & ABC.
Candidate Description
Strong data analytics skills, with experience designing and implementing an MI framework
Confident communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally, and effective negotiation and influencing skills
Professional qualification from a body such as ACAMS or the ICA
Strong organisational skills and experience of delivering excellent customer service
