We have an exciting opportunity available for a Capital Reporting Project Manager to join the new Change Management function within Capital Reporting. This role works collaboratively with the Senior manager, IT development teams, numerous internal and external stakeholders to ensure the development of capital projects.
Due to the ever-changing regulatory environment, the capital engines need to be updated and improved to accommodate these new requirements. It is the change management function to manage and prioritise the capital related projects to ensure timely and accurate developments.

Managing the project tracker, assigning RAG statuses, deadlines, tasks, and assignments.
Organising project management meetings and working groups to identify key issues that need to be escalated, track actions to support the senior manager.
Demonstrating the ability to interpret regulatory policy to calculate capital impact assessments for new model applications for compliance with the regulation.
Building variance analysis for the new STD credit risk engine with group and manage the parallel run analysis monthly
Participating in a cargabal reconciliation between the new group tool and the existing reporting tool
Awareness of key planning and project management methods, tools, and techniques as well as being able to implement new processes and improve existing ones.
Experience of regulatory capital reporting, including calculation of RWA and capital.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Experience of using SAS and/or SQL.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Qualified accountant desirable or equivalent experience.
Resilient to coping with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work under pressure to succeed given tight deadlines.
