Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £15 p/h

Location: Hybrid - operate a hybrid working model and you will be expected to be available in the office for a minimum of 3 days a week, split between our London and Epsom locations.

Hours of work: 20 - 40 p/w

Applicants must have experience of the following:

Positive, friendly and approachable attitude, willing to work as part of a team.

The ability to manage your own time and the flexibility to change priorities depending on the

business needs.

Demonstrable experience in business administration, business support or office


Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc).

Good organisational skills, the ability to organise yourself and others.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work with a range of staff with different needs

and levels of experience.

Good numerical skills and attention to detail

Role information:

Our Business Support Officers are a core part of the day-to-day running of our UK & Europe business.

Not only do we rely on their support to ensure our 350+ project staff have the best environment possible to

work in, we also look to our Support Officers to provide day-to-day assistance to our management team.

You'll report into our London and Epsom Group Lead, supporting them, their Team Leads and the 70 or so

colleagues working in those teams. In addition to your local responsibilities to London and Epsom, you

will be part of Business Support team working with our other regional Support Officers taking direction

from our Head of Business Support.

Manage office procedures, policies, expense claims and supplies for our London and Epsom


Provide assistance to the team of 70+ technical staff split between our London and Epsom locations.

As part of the Business Support team you will be required to flexibly help and take instruction

from the Head of Business Support, London and Epsom Group Lead and senior

management team.

Manage internal projects in support of the operations teams e.g. office moves, office refits,

maintaining IT registers.

Liaise with estates and facilities management to ensure the offices' condition and upkeep is


Develop and plan internal communications at the request of the management and operations

teams, as well as booking and planning internal and external meetings or events.

Manage travel bookings for staff, interfacing with our travel provider, when required.

Office compliance management, potential to support facilities management and operations to

ensure our offices meet requirements.

Manage bookings and payments to external service providers e.g. training or professional
