My client based in Aylesbury, are currently looking for a Services Assistant to work within their busy varied Business Support Services Department. You will be working alongside a very friendly busy support team, to assist with the smooth running of the company's back office needs. This role is due to commence on the 4th July, and will be based full time within their smart purpose built offices.

For this role you will need to have excellent attention to detail, to have the ability to learn quickly and be able to work on your own initiative.

Key aspects:

  • Inputting and uploading data

  • Document scanning

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

  • Franking of mail

  • Assisting with stock for events

  • Administration support

  • Customer service
