You'll lead and manage the franchise contract framework and Operations management across the Corporate Franchise Operations team, and responsible for all governance and DOA requirements across the Corporate franchise business., In this role your responsibilities will include:
Collate, prioritises and manage governance agenda
Manage Site Sponsorship Governance, liaising with Property team to ensure that Site Sponsorship and internal governance is adhered to
Ensuring all contracts are logged effectively with correct legal information flowing to all departments
Partnerships managing and uploading any contracts that require approval from TCCC.
Contract Database Management
Maintain a robust and consistent set of sign off documentation which is managed through all DOA approval processes
Attend Weekly Operational meetings to support the business understanding of the implications from partners perspective either contractual or operationally.
Lead NSO team to deliver new openings & renewals and track the NSO and Renewals programme for Corporate Partnerships across all propositions.
Lead projects and programmes on behalf of the Corporate Franchise Business.
