This role is key to linking with the CSC and the wider business area, ensuring any planned, ad hock and reactive activity lands in the easiest way for our Customers and CSC Advisors.

About the opportunity

The Business Partners days are filled with variety. Identifying and sharing insights with the business. The role is a vital link in the development and testing of any new services and changes to current services that impact on Advisors or Customers This also a great opportunity to build on your own network as you liaise with different stakeholders across the Boots business functions.

  • First point of contact into the CSC for key business areas who utilise the CSC service, including all areas of the wider business;

  • Work with the wider business to introduce new initiatives, change and projects

  • Build and maintain strong relationships working closely with your relevant Team leaders and Operations Managers

  • Hold regular stake holder meetings

  • Work with the relevant areas on risk mitigation for any campaigns and promotions to ensure they land right first time,

  • Lead formal reviews with stakeholders to ensure awareness of forecast vs actual contacts, key themes are highlighted, action plans created and successfully followed through

  • Drive efficiencies and process improvements through collating and understanding insights and what our customers and stores are saying

Candidate Description

  • A great communicator, with strong verbal and written skills

  • Owns a real drive to seek out relationships with stakeholders and builds an effective network

  • Ability to analysis data to pull out key themes to drive positive change

  • An understanding of the business's strategic goals and objectives

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to manage your own workload, working in an agile way

  • Able to collaborate with others across different teams
