We are looking for a Business Operations Centre Representative in the Sheffield area to join our fantastic team here at Virgin Media O2.

This role is responsible for providing high quality telephone based support for Virgin Media Business customers. Providing bespoke levels of service, ensuring the dedicated complex customer service related needs are met. In addition, this role provides key support to the Account and Service Management teams.

The right candidate will develop and maintain relationships with our customers to ensure that the highest level of service is delivered at all times. · Pro-actively manage and prioritise incoming enquiries across the varying media - phone, fax, email and letter.

Have the ability to co-ordinate activities and requests across the numerous internal departments, pro-actively updating the customer throughout the lifecycle of the enquiry. In addition, pro-actively and reactively support to Service Management to ensure that we take a united approach to customer care.

Candidate Description

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Relevant experience in a customer service role preferably in a business to business environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A good understanding of customers CPE & ability to support customers with these bespoke solutions

  • Ability to use multiple systems and interpret technical information to relay back to customers.
