The overall purpose of the role is to be responsible for creatively identifying and developing new strategic business relationships and to be the first point of contact for all potential new clients. Able to confidently represent the companies value proposition through knowledge and ability to match the client's needs with inventory, buildings, and products and use this to convert leads into viewings.

Nurture prospects through to a fully qualified lead.
Ensure optimal enquiries to leads to viewing conversion, whilst maintaining the highest standards of client-orientated service, and achieving all call response SLAs
Be an ambassador for the company, delivering excellent customer service on each call by qualifying the client's needs and requirement and being aware of business portfolio and availability
Follow up with each enquiry promptly and ensure all enquiries receive a response within the same day, with high value clients receiving a call back within an hour
Maintain and build positive relationships with all 3^rd party brokers and agents by regular calls, attendance at their centre visits and events as organised by the HOD
Understanding the key needs of the business as informed via HOD from monthly/weekly meetings
Work with the wider sales team with a positive attitude and willing to support each other to benefit the client's needs, answering calls, supporting booking in of tours etc
Manage projects relating to the centres and the business as needed
Close alignment with wider Sales & Marketing team, Centre teams, and our Broker & Agency partners to ensure all activity is integrated, customer focused, and contributes to the overall company goals
Gain understanding of market to understand the ever-evolving needs of our clients, Are you a self-motivated, dynamic, professional, flexible and resilient individual with the ability to not only problem solve but actively seek problems out with an aim to add value? With strong listening and communication abilities, empathy, and genuine desire to learn more about the people you are interacting with and the ability to work under pressure. Great interpersonal skills, proven track record at building strong working relationships that lead to successful business outcomes.
The candidate should desirably have sales experience working in fast pace business where delivering client / customer experience is the primary objective.
The candidate will be well organised and be able to plan tasks and activities so that when dealing with a reactive case, day to day operations continue to run smoothly.
Ideally (but not essential) in the Commercial Property sector or within an Agent or Broker environment.
