Business Development Advisor

Responsible for supporting the internal and field-based sales team and increasing business by building good relationships with agencies

  1. Provide feedback to clients on the progress of their financial matters

  2. Maintain regular communications with client contacts to remain 'front of mind' and encourage increased business

  3. Develop communication plans for clients and ensure planned activities are completed

  4. On-board new clients, assess business potential and develop plans to secure additional registrations

  5. Secure qualified registrations against the personal registration target

  6. Fielding incoming calls and emails

  7. Attend regular training sessions relevant to the role

  8. Attend presentations and training sessions to improve business development relationships and skills

  9. Ensure that the CRM system is kept up to date with accurate and relevant information to assist with Business Development and Marketing communications

  10. Liaise with internal departments to resolve contractor and agency queries

  11. Collate and send out merchandise and Point of Contact packs to agencies
