Job description - the role
- Must have experience in taking direct calls from customers to resolve any issues at hand. Showing empathy & a willingness to help
- Attention to detail required when assisting business banking customers in setting up payment plans & sorting arrears
- Office Based with the potential of hybrid working once successful in the Training Academy. Training lasts approx. 2-3 weeks followed by the training academy
