Business Analyst (AML & CDD)

Our client is a well-known building society with headquarters in Swindon; As one of the largest savings and mortgage providers in the UK, 15 million members are at the heart of everything they do.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a number of Business Analysts for a 6 Month Contract based remotely.

Purpose of the Role:

Working closely with other Business Designers, this role is responsible for designing and delivering the business solution for various change initiatives, typically medium in complexity across the Change team, to achieve value and velocity. Shaping the prioritisation and sequencing of activity to support the definition of the Change team roadmap, taking the Objective and Key Results (OKRs), and translating this into target states and roadmaps at change initiative level for delivery; along with designing the business solution for the Change team through a sound analysis and solution approach balancing the requirements of the Change team, cost constraints and timescales.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

The Business Designer will enhance Nationwide's Regulatory Screening capability to ensure our systems remain compliant with applicable legislation, regulations, industry guidance, and best practice. The Business Designer will be working closely with the Product Owner and business areas within Anti Money Laundering to identify changes and understand impacts of change on their day-to-day processes. Leading and facilitating Scrum events within an agile framework. The candidate would ideally have experience of AML and NetReveal would be beneficial.

  • Experience of solution architecture/ operational design
  • Stakeholder management
  • Collaborative ways of working
  • Development methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile
  • Business process modelling and redesign

This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
