We are looking for a Building Compliance Officer to join a successful building contractors based in Romford. You will be a key contributor the the compliance team whose mission is to move the company from reactive to proactive in detecting and preventing risks.

Duties of the role:

  • Risk assessments / Safe systems of work / COSHH Assessments

  • Be able to collate CDM file / Project safety file

  • Submit relevant RAMs package to clients/landlords

  • Maintain Health & Safety management system

  • Ensure statutory inspections are completed

  • Ensure audits are completed in line with the ISO9001 schedule

  • Be able to keep up to date with current regulations and legislation
